With just one tug, the bed smoothly unfolds on high-quality gas pistons. The hardware is meticulously engineered for smooth operation without any issues, using a piston lift system rather than old-fashioned springs that can wear out over time.

The bed is securely closed and opens gently for safety, with steel pivot pins and brackets that are easy to install without any adjustments needed. The kit also includes instructions for basic cabinet construction. The folding tube legs are concealed inside the bed cabinet when closed and rotate over the end of the bed face panel when lowered out of the cabinet.

Our Deluxe Murphy Bed Hardware Kits are perfect for guest beds, small rooms, dorms, and apartments, with a state-of-the-art piston lift system guaranteeing smooth operation. The cabinet must be anchored to the wall for safety, and can be made of plycore, particle board, or solid wood. The maximum mattress thickness is 12 inches, recommended for standard mattress sizes without the need for a box spring.
